ПОЛІТИКА КОНФІДЕНЦІЙНОСТІ ТА ОБРОБКИ ПЕРСОНАЛЬНИХ ДАНИХ

    1. Надіславши запит на консультацію або запит на реєстрацію на захід на сайті  https://kompas.com.ua/  (надалі – Сайт) або використовуючи дані форми для інших запитів, Ви даєте  ТОВ «КОМПАС ГРУП», адреса: вул. Фролівська, 1/6, м. Київ, Україна, 04070 (надалі – Compass Group – Володілець) згоду на обробку своїх персональних даних та право надавати доступ третім особам згідно з метою передбаченою даною Політикою конфіденційності та обробки персональних даних або законодавством України.
    2. Метою обробки Compass Group персональних даних – є обробка запитів зроблених Вами на Сайті та надання звортнього зв’язку за запитуваними послугами. Compass Group на залишені Вами дані  може направляти повідомлення Вам про нові послуги, надсилати новини по змінам в законодавстві і запрошувати на заходи анонсовані Compass Group. Ми прагнемо покращувати, запроваджувати та надавати нові послуги у зв’язку з чим можемо обробляти надані Вами на Сайті персональні дані для будь-яких інших цілей, які можуть вимагатися або дозволені законом з повагою до Вашого права на конфіденційність.

Compass Group не збирає будь-яку інформацію до обробки якої, законодавством встановлені певні вимоги, як-то будь-яку чутливу інформацію, чи пов’язану з расовим чи етнічним походженням, політичними, релігійними чи світоглядними переконаннями, членством у політичних партіях та професійних спілках, а також дані про здоров’я, біометричні чи генетичні дані.
    4. Заповнивши форму  на Сайті Ви надаєте Compass Group такі персональні дані: а) Імя та прізвище;  в) номер телефону с) адресу електронної пошти. Назва оргназації по суті запиту стосується не Ваших персональни даних, а юридичної особи.
    5. Під час роботи Сайту не використовуються файли cookie.

Compass Group обробляє Ваші персональні дані відповідно до чинного законодавства України з урахуванням вимог міжнародних договорів, а термін їх зберігання становить мінімально необхідний для цілей їх обробки. Для досягнення максимальної якості послуг,  Compass Group може оброблювати надані персональні дані в місцях за межами юрисдикції, в якій Ви їх надаєте, але гарантовано в межах Європейської Економічної Зони та в межах держав, які забезпечують належний захист персональних даних.

    8. Compass Group не передає Ваші персональні дані третім особам, крім випадків, коли така передача обумовлена ​​вимогами законодавства.
    9. Compass Group інформує якими є Ваші права :

      • відкликати згоду на обробку персональних даних, повідомивши нас в письмовому вигляді на електронну пошту info@kompas.com.ua;
      • знати про джерела збирання, місцезнаходження своїх персональних даних, мету обробки, їх місцезнаходження або місцезнаходження Володільця;
      • вимагати виправлення, видалення чи обмеження обробки Ваших персональних даних.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY

    1. By submitting a request for a consultation or a request for registration for an event on the website https://kompas.com.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website ) or using these forms for other requests, you give COMPASS GROUP LLC, address: 1/6 Frolivska St., Kyiv, Ukraine, 04070 (hereinafter referred to as the Compass Group – Owner) consent to the processing of your personal data and the right to provide access thereto to third parties in accordance with the purpose provided for in this Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy or the legislation of Ukraine.
    2. The purpose of processing personal data by Compass Group is to process requests made by you on the Website and to provide you with feedback on the requested services. Compass Group may use the data you provide to send you notifications about new services, news about changes in legislation and invite you to events announced by Compass Group. We strive to improve, introduce and provide new services, and therefore we may process the personal data you provide on the Website for any other purposes that may be required or permitted by law, while respecting your right to privacy

Compass Group does not collect any information the processing of which is restricted by law, such as any sensitive information, or the information related to racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties or trade unions, as well as health, biometric or genetic data.
    4. By filling out the form on the Website, you provide Compass Group with the following personal data: a) first and last name; b) telephone number c) e-mail address. The name of the organization by the essence of the request does not refer to your personal data, but to the legal entity.
    5. The Website does not use cookies.

Compass Group shall process your personal data in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, taking into account the requirements of international treaties, and the period of their storage is the minimum necessary for the purposes of their processing. To achieve the highest quality of services, Compass Group may process the provided personal data in locations outside the jurisdiction in which you provide it, but within the European Economic Area and within the boundaries of the countries that ensure adequate protection of personal data.

      • request correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data.

Compass Group shall observe all other rights guaranteed to you by law as a personal data subject.
